This month, we journey into the ancient, looping pathways of Celtic knotwork — a visual language that speaks of lineage, soul threads, transformation, continuity, and the beauty of life’s crossings.

Using guided meditation and reflection, we’ll explore the strands of our own lives:
the identities that shape us, the moments that changed us, the spaces we hold open for mystery, and the echoes of those who came before.

From there, we’ll create intuitive knot designs using freeform drawing, structured grids, or layered mixed media.

To close our time together, we’ll write our own Gaelic blessing using heart-centered prompts…. These blessings become small altars of intention for the year ahead.

Whether you’re seeking connection, grounding, creative flow, or ancestral resonance, this session is a soft, symbolic doorway back to yourself.
