My recent trip to Mt. Shasta managed to do a little of both, inviting me into an unexpected deep dive into shadow, survival patterns, and the parts of myself I thought I had already “worked through.”
But what if these deeper layers don’t emerge because we’ve failed to heal them?
What if they emerge because they finally feel safe enough to be seen?
My newest blog, Radical Self Love: Becoming a Safe Enough Home for All of Who We Are, explores what happens when we stop trying to exile the uncomfortable parts of ourselves and instead invite them back to the table.
Because maybe the deepest transformation isn’t becoming someone new at all.
Maybe it’s learning to love all of who we already are. 💗

Sometimes life whispers through a place, a piece of music, a conversation, or an unexpected moment of beauty. Perhaps those moments aren't here to give us something new...perhaps they're simply inviting us to remember. 🌈

Artist Statement: “The Heart Sees; The Heart Knows” explores the heart not as a biological machine, but as a conscious, perceiving force — a living bridge between spirit and self, earth and cosmos.
In this surreal vision, the heart becomes an oracle: its eyes symbolize an ancient intelligence that predates thought, a knowing that rises not from the mind, but from the essence of being.
Nature surrounds and responds — insects, leaves, and unseen energetic threads point to a living ecosystem of awareness. Every form is in dialogue, every element pulsing with the same divine intelligence. Here, the heart is not separate from the natural world; it is woven into it, breathing with it, attuning to its rhythms.
This work honors heart consciousness as an expression of God/Source energy — a portal to unity, intuition, and truth. It is an invitation to remember our interconnectedness to all life, to soften into the wisdom that speaks not in words but in vibration.
When the heart sees, the heart knows — and in that knowing, we return to wholeness.
