Remembrance in Bloom Print
10“x7.5” high quality print.
Artist Statement: This work is a meditation on remembrance — my own unfolding journey of an illumined return to my true divine essence.
The resting figure embodies surrender, a softened trust in the inner terrain where wisdom sleeps until it is ready to rise. Behind her emerges the illumined self, eyes open and lifted, receiving subtle rays of light that flow from Source into soul. These rays speak to the eternal connection with the Divine — the illumination that comes not from outside, but from within.
The tree, rooted in lotus blossoms, is both universal and deeply personal: a symbol of the soul’s timeless wisdom, and a reflection of my own role as a conduit between earth and ether. Its roots ground into the fertile soil of being, while its branches reach toward the unseen, bridging worlds.
The lotus forms and rose-hued palette embody the divine feminine — a gentle yet powerful call back into wholeness, receptivity, and sacred creation. Together, the imagery is a remembrance: that awakening is both a blossoming and a rooting, a rising into the light while honoring the earth that steadies us.
